If you remember the 70’s and a movie named Star Wars, there was a Jedi Knight called Luke Skywalker who with others, was trapped in a large garbage compactor.
With the ominous sound of hydraulics in the background, two walls either side of Luke were moving in towards him to squash him and his friends, flat!
Luke’s job is, with each individual arm, to push these walls of compression back as they come in towards him.
If you can see that you’ll get the Luke.
For this movement i’ll use the 3-STEP as the breathing rhythm.
May the force be with you!
BE FULL OF CARE
Start softly and proceed with no rush to get anywhere. As with all the TriBreath movements, we embrace feeling first… then work in the tenths of millimetres to expand outwardly on the physical level.
The Luke is one of many TriBreath movements (over 50) available to you in the TriBreath Members Area.
Every movement i’ll teach you can be used to help rebuild and tone up your body’s muscle, strengthen your lung function, vitalise your nervous system, improve your balance and the list goes on.
Best of all the vast majority of the TriBreath movements can be practiced when you’re stationary (as i was when i filmed this in a studio) or when you’re out walking.
But it gets even better!
When you’re familiar with more of the TriBreath movements (Posture Pose, The Eagle, Shut the Door, Wasn’t Me Sir, The Willow, The Crane, The Log Roll and many more), that each individually use either the 3-STEP, 5-STEP OR 7-STEP or a combination of all of them, you can create your own sequences.
As a member, if you have a particular issue you’re dealing with or your just not sure where to start, you can send me an email with the goals or issues you’re either dealing with or hoping to achieve and i’ll put together a list of movements and recommendations to fast track you on your way.
