i still remember the feeling of joy i felt the first time ‘i recognised’ i was using these rhythms ‘unconsciously’ when i was walking and even better when i was running.
Admittedly it took me many years (about 3 or 4), but i didn’t know anything about the Breathing Points of the Spine, the Science of the Triangle or how to use the TriBreath breathing rhythms to vitalise my body’s nervous system (basically to help fast-track my development) as i didn’t have a teacher!
Now after decades of learning, practice, experience and teaching, i share with you both the simplicity and the potency!
BE FULL OF CARE
Start softly and proceed with no rush to get anywhere. As with all the TriBreath™ movements, we embrace feeling first… then work in the tenths of millimetres to expand outwardly on the physical level.
Before you get into it, it can be helpful to think of each of the TriBreath™ rhythms as being like the gears in a car.

With the 3-Step being the most powerful breathing rhythm on the physical level, it’s always good to start where the foundations begin.
Being a strong rhythm, the 3-Step comes into its own when your body is under load for example.

Slowing the movement of your arms down will automatically slow down your walking pace and give you more time to breathe in and out deeper breath’s.
