Friends, my names Phil. Here i am standing in front of Buckingham Palace, Saturday morning doing a run, doing a breathe as health coach Brett would say.
It still kind of strikes me as pretty amazing that I’m running these days. I’d never really been a runner. And this year I turned the big 50, I decided OK. OK I gotta take it on. I gotta take on my health. I’m going to hit 50 in peak form.
So come the beginning of January, my good mate Brett he taught me the principles of TriBreath. And I spent the last 3 months or so practicing. And I’m a runner! I can’t believe it! I’m a runner!
Yesterday I went into a running shop and bought running gear. I can’t believe it! I can’t speak highly enough of TriBreath… it’s revolutionary. You should all do it! And yesterday I ran 9 kilometres… after I got my running gear! Which I find incredible!
