THE 3-STEPFEET

Okay, so now let’s bring in your feet.

We’ve synchronised your hands and arms movement up with the 3-STEP breathing rhythm.

From there we brought in conscious awareness about the correct use of your elbows (if efficient lung function and gastrointestinal health is your intention).

Then we moved down to your knees and hopefully we now have your knees working in unison with the movement of your arms and the 3-STEP breathing rhythm.

So now let’s connect up your feet!

Keep in mind…

If you haven’t got great balance, you don’t have to lift your feet up very much.

Just bringing the weight of one leg off the ground is sufficient.

It’s all about the connecting!

If you do have great balance, you can get straight into it.

As always, be gentle!

The ultimate goal is to enhance your neural connection up with your breath and your body’s movement.

It is conscious neural communication that is the make or break of your body’s mobility and lung function as you age!

Practice and you’ll see what i’m talking about!
