A BREATHING REVOLUTION

STARTER PACKINTRO

For ease of absorption, i’ve broken this 3-STEP tutorial video down into five parts.

You can access the following 4 video’s on the links located at the bottom of this page.

  1. In the 1st Intro video (below), i’ll share with you what we’re hoping to achieve.
  2. In the 2nd video, i’ll show you how to use the 3-STEP to time the movement of your hands up to your breath.
  3. In the 3rd video, we’re going to bring in your elbows.
  4. In the 4th video, we’re going to bring in your knees.
  5. Then in the 5th video, we’re going to bring in your full body experience using both arms, elbows, knees, and feet.

Hopefully you’ll see what i’m talking about and it’ll inspire you to create greater emphasis on “how” you’re breathing and how you’re using your arms when you move.

Remember… SLOW DOWN the pace at which you would normally walk at and focus on your breath.

IT’S NOT ABOUT HOW FAST OR FAR YOU’RE WALK/RUNNING!

Start softly and proceed with no rush to get anywhere. As with all the Tribreath movements, we embrace feeling first… then work in the tenth’s of millimetres to expand outwardly on the physical level.

It’s all about your breath, mind, body connection!

Most people (myself included in the beginning) walk or run well beyond their breathing ability.

It took me many years to recognise this but i didn’t have a teacher.
