Your Body’s Breathing Centres

The chances are you’ve heard about chakras and energy centres.

But honestly, how does knowing about specific energy centres located up and down your body (if they even do exist), bring any benefit?

Will this knowledge benefit the way you live your life?

The way you move?

Will it help hold your body up so it doesn’t collapse prematurely while you’re on planet Earth?

You see simply believing that these energy centres do exist (at least on a physical level) does not guarantee you any help getting up those stairs or walking up that mountain.

Let alone inspire you to go for a breathe and regularly move.

Well believe this!

The body you’re living in is a mathematical wonder piece.

A wonder that is governed, just as the Earth is, by rhythm.

And when you breathe using specific rhythms in a specific ways, things happen.

When you see it and grasp the infinite potential you have at your finger tips (literally), then all of the blocks start to fall into place.

And by using the three TriBreath breathing rhythm’s (which by the way are already pre-programmed into your body’s operating system) to consciously vitalise your body’s breathing centres when you walk, run, move and meditate, the game changes.

It’s uplifting.

Energetically, physically and spiritually!

Why?

Because your body’s first requirement to operate at its full potential is connection.

More to the point, YOUR MIND, BREATH & BODY CONNECTION!

Let’s look at your sacral centre

To access your full lung capacity requires using the biggest of your body’s respiratory muscles, your diaphragm.

Breathing from your diaphragm is easy when you’re lying down.

But it’s a very different scenario when you’re standing let alone walking and running.

Why is this?

Again it’s all about connection!

And this is where you being conscious of ‘how’ to vitalise your body’s breathing centres can help improve the way you connect to your bodily functions making it easier for you to live.

Your sacrum…

Located down at the bottom of your spine is a triangular shaped bone named the sacrum.

Well it just so happens that where your sacrum sits corresponds to where your sacral centre is located.

AND YOUR SACRAL CENTRE IS WHERE YOUR IN-BREATH BEGINS!

Have a go at this…

If you’re curious to feel and experience what it is i’m sharing with you, give this a go.

  1. With the back of your hand (either left or right), every second or so tap the back of your hand against your sacral bone.
  2. At the beginning of every IN-breath, in your mind see your breath being drawn down into this lower region of your back.
  3. Keep on tapping your sacral bone with your hand and keep on breathing IN and OUT.

Once you can comfortably maintain the action of tapping and breathing…

Look down at your belly as you start your IN-breath.

Yes… that’s your belly expanding!

That’s you activating your diaphragm!

Notice how much air you can breathe in now.

Has it almost doubled?

The reason being, this is where your breath is meant to begin with regard to it’s journey up and down your breathing centres.

Up your spine on your IN-breath and down the front of your body on your OUT-breath!

Whether you’re using the 3-STEP, the 5-STEP or the 7-STEP, activating your breathing centres as you move will change the way you move.

To accelerate your understanding, there’s specific video’s and lot’s of techniques you can incorporate these breathing centres with that you can access as a TriBreath member.

And it’s lifetime access to all that is still to come.

Once using these breathing centres when you walk, run, meditate etc. becomes second nature to you, your definition of what it is to be connected will have to be adjusted as well.

Yes… all your body wants is your connection.

Vitalising the breathing centres of your body opens pathways we do not know even exist.

It’s the best!

If i can be of assistance, let me know.
